The Alameda County Coroner’s office in California has disclosed that Angus Cloud, known for his role in the HBO drama series “Euphoria,” died due to an accidental overdose. According to the coroner’s office, Cloud’s death resulted from “accidental acute intoxication” caused by the combined effects of cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and benzodiazepine.
Angus Cloud passed away on July 31 at his family home in Oakland, California, but the cause of his death was not initially revealed. His family released a statement, expressing their profound grief and highlighting his battle with mental health.
“It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today,” the statement read. “As an artist, a friend, a brother, and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.
